Week 2, challenge for better health and wealth. The goal of this challenge is to motivate you to continue on and implement behavior change strategies that may simultaneously improve health and personal finances. So for the next 3 weeks we will ask you to partner with us in our challenge. This weeks steps to financial wellness are:
- Get your mind right. Ask yourself the hard questions. “If you had all the time and money you needed, what would you do?” This response can bring up list of things you need money to do, but it goes deeper into the things you really want. Once you know what you really want and are striving for you can then make financial choices that are in alignment with your desires and goals.
- Seek out a Financial Advisor who understands your desires and who can implement financial strategies that support your goals. Taking your desire from a wish into a plan of action!
