Marcy Haines brings over 40 Years of experience assisting clients in working towards their financial goals. She is passionate about working with and inspiring people to make positive, empowered financial choices.
In 1990, Marcy, inspired by Napoleon Hill’s “Think and Grow Rich”, opened her own investment firm, Marcy Haines Financial Services, which has grown into Vision Wealth Management, Securities and Advisory services offered through LPL Financial, a Registered Investment Advisor, Member FINRA/SIPC. Vision Wealth Management is located in Baker City, Oregon. An avid reader, Marcy believes in continually acquiring knowledge to stay current with trends in the financial industry. She has earned several designations acknowledging her commitment to excellence:

Marcy enjoys working with her clients to crystallize their financial goals. Her philosophy is “Start with the vision. Succeed with the plan.” The first step is to develop a comprehensive plan to pursue the client’s goals. The second critical step is to monitor the plan on an ongoing basis to make mid-course corrections, where necessary. Because of this “planning” driven approach, she emphasizes long-term relationships as the cornerstone of her business practice. Thorough and dynamic, Marcy serves as LPL financial advisor to successful professionals, business owners, retirees and foundations across the United States. Although Marcy works with many experienced investors, she also works with a core group of clients that have Transitional Wealth due to the sale of real estate, a business, inheritance or retirement. She works closely with these clients to enhance their knowledge of Portfolio Management. She does this with one on one financial planning, appointments, workshops and recommended readings.
Marcy lives on a ranch near Haines, Oregon, with her husband Sam, an Airedale Terrier, and three horses. Marcy enjoys a variety of additional activities including horseback riding, gardening, bridge and travel from luxury tours & cruises to volunteering with Medical Teams International™.
